These are VIRTUAL Lobbies which are based on Real World Places for the purpose of connecting people on the same virtual platform and to provide users the means to comment on people places or things. By using the AddyChat.com Website, (the "Website") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (this "Agreement"), whether or not you register as a member of AddyChat.com ("Member"). If you wish to become a Registered Member and/or a non-registered member, make use of the AddyChat.com service (the "Service"), please read and agree to these Terms of Use. Tagged messages may be alerted for review by AddyChat.com, LLC and may or may not be removed from the Public Message History. If messages are Tagged a pre-determined amount of times the system may automatically remove it from public view. This is necessary due to the potential millions of daily messages. Although, it is not the goal of AddyChat to censor opinions and / or comments made by the user community regardless of their nature as long as they are lawful and comply with the Terms and conditions set forth. These are virtual lobbies created by the user community to bring people together on the same virtual platform for social and business networking purposes. a. Electronic Agreement. This Agreement is an electronic contract that sets out the legally binding terms of your use of the Website and your membership in the Service. You, the buyer, may cancel this agreement, without any penalty or obligation, at any time prior to midnight of the original seller’s contract third business day following the date of this contract, excluding Sundays and holidays. AddyChat LLC. Owns and retains other proprietary rights in the AddyChat LLC and/or AddyChat.com site and the AddyChat LLC and/or AddyChat.com service. The site contains the copyrighted material, trademarks, and other proprietary information of Addychat.com, LLC and its licensors. Except for that information which is in the public domain or for which you have been given permission, you may not copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display, or sell any such proprietary information. A) AddyChat LLC and/or AddyChat.com, claims immunity from liability to the fullest extent under the law and as provided under the Communications Decency Act for Content provided by third parties and members and nothing in this Agreement is intended to waive, remove, or usurp such immunity. You understand and agree that AddyChat LLC and/or AddyChat.com may delete any content, messages, photos or profiles (collectively, "Content") that in the sole judgment AddyChat LLC and/or AddyChat.com. violates the Terms of Use or which might be offensive, illegal, or that might violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of AddyChat LLC and/or AddyChat.com and/or its members.

C) By posting content to any public area of AddyChat.com site, you automatically grant, and you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant, to AddyChat LLC and/or AddyChat.com. and its members, an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, fully-paid, worldwide license to use, copy, perform, display, and distribute such information, rights of publicity, and content and to prepare derivative works of, or incorporate into other works and other media, such information and content, and to grant and authorize sublicenses of the foregoing. D) AddyChat LLC and/or AddyChat.com may investigate and take appropriate legal action in its sole discretion against anyone who violates this provision, including without limitation, removing the offending communication from the site or service and terminating the membership of such violators.
